Torogóz is our default for espresso in-store and it's a lovely coffee you are sure to enjoy in a wide range of brewing methods at home.

We recommend Torogoz for Espresso, Moka Pot, Automatic Drip Brewer, French Press, Aeropress, or your favorite Pour Over V60, Chemex, and others.

We use this exact coffee for espresso in-store. We recommend 65g per liter and a standard grind size for your preferred method. We recommend to use water no hotter than 95 C.
